- 2-3 oz. melon liqueur

It’s not a St. Patrick’s Day celebration without a green drink! Ditch the green beer and try this Shamrock Mimosa recipe instead.
To Make: Add all solid ingredients to your Spärkel bottle. Top off with your favorite fridge-chilled white wine to lower fill line. Carbonate on level 5. Sláinte!
Tip: If you’re looking for a lighter cocktail, substitute half of the wine with pineapple juice.
For the Green Sugar Rim (optional): Add a few drops of food coloring to a shallow bowl of sugar and mix well. Let it dry for about 15 minutes. Use a citrus wedge or water to dampen the rim of your glass then dip into the sugar!
